How do I track my order on your website?

If you have a VLEDS account and you were logged in when you placed your order all of your recent orders are located on your Dashboard. After clicking on the order you can track the order by clicking the link below the shipping details. If you placed the order as a guest (you were not logged in) unfortunately the only way to check is by contacting us directly or checking your email when we send the shipping notification.

Has my order shipped? I can't find the tracking email.

Before contacting us be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder. Many email applications block automated emails and it is common for customer shipping emails to get lost in these folders. If you still can't find a shipping/backorder notice please reach out to us via phone (360) 543-5700 or create a ticket in our Support Center to check the status.
