Cancel or Change an Order

How do I cancel my order?

Please call us during business hours to cancel your order. If after business hours please completely fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and select ORDERS for the Department. Be sure to include your order number as this will speed up the process.

How do I change or add to my order?

Unfortunately our system does not allow for changing of orders. The only way to do this is to cancel your order and create a new order. We apologize for this inconvenience.

What if my order has already shipped?

Once you receive the items please follow the instructions on our return and exchange pages for details on how to return the item(s).

How do I see my order history?

You must be logged into your account to see order history. See the image below for the location you need to click to see order history. If you did not checkout while being logged in (it will prompt you at checkout) your orders will not show up in your order history. Always make sure that you are signed in so that your order history is retained.
