You have 30 days from the original shipping date to return any new condition items. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If an item has been heavily used or damaged, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Before installing any products, verify fitment to ensure that items are not damaged during installation in a vehicle that they don't fit in. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on all returns unless it was our mistake.


If you need to exchange an item, place a new order for the correct item and return the original using our standard return process as stated in the previous paragraph. Exchanges are treated as a return; there is no need to wait for the return to be completed before placing a new order. We will refund your original purchase once we receive your returned product.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no exclusions to this policy. Packages with insufficient postage will be refused. We will cover the shipping if we made a mistake.

Coverage and duration

VLEDS warrants that it will provide a free replacement for any VLEDS product that fails or proves defective during the warranty period on the vehicle for which it was originally installed. This warranty does not apply to a VLEDS product which has been altered, misused, damaged, installed improperly, installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed. On commercial/fleet vehicles, all VLEDS products are covered for up to 1/2 of the standard warranty period. Additional conditions may apply to certain part applications, and if they do, these conditions are clearly stated on the product page description. This warranty is extended only to the owner of the vehicle on which the VLEDS product was installed, while that person owns the vehicle, and is not transferable.

Remedy and service

A replacement for a failed or defective VLEDS product is available from the point of purchase. Before issuing a warranty replacement, the customer must troubleshoot and diagnose any defective components by swapping components side to side. If the customer is not willing to do this, we can send replacements out with a refundable purchase of the replacement part. When we receive photos or the defective product back, we will refund the deposit. Photos of the defective product(s) must be received within 30 days of authorization, or the replacement order will be void. VLEDS will validate the information provided and alleged defect.

If the product fails within 30 days of receipt, you can convert your warranty to store credit for the total value of the product. Outside of 30 days, we will only repair or replace products – no refunds are given unless we do not carry replacement parts or we cannot repair the product.

Warranty replacement parts are shipped via USPS First Class Mail at the expense of VLEDS. If you would like to use a faster shipping method than First Class Mail, you can contact us and pay the difference. International customers are required to pay the shipping charge on all warranty items.


VLEDS makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose and no other warranties, representations or guarantees, whether written or oral, beyond those contained in this warranty. The replacement of the unit is the sole and exclusive remedy for the claims of any type (including personal injury) arising from the failure or defective condition of the VLEDS product, from VLEDS negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. VLEDS will not reimburse the vehicle owner for the cost of removing or returning the failed or defective unit, installing the replacement unit or replacing any other parts, or for any other expenses, charges or damages.

Limitation on liability

To the extent allowed by law, VLEDS will have no obligation to the vehicle owner for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure or defective condition of the VLEDS product, from VLEDS negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.



In some cases, we offer new products for sale at a discount. The date we expect to receive stock is displayed on the product page next to the price as "DUE IN STOCK" followed by an estimated time frame. Occasionally, during the first production run, unexpected delays can cause the date to shift. If you are curious about when your order is shipping, visit the original product page and find the due in stock date. We try to maintain this date to the best of our ability. If at any time you are tired of waiting or no longer want the product, please contact us, and we will process a full refund. If a discount was given and the in stock date changes, we do not offer a deeper discount than what was originally offered.

Funds are collected at checkout and the full amount is held. If at any time you would like a refund simply contact us and we can cancel your pre-order.



In most cases, we ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

If your order has been shipped to the wrong address please contact us as soon as you notice any error with your address. In some instances, we can change the address before it gets delivered. There is usually a cost associated with doing this, which will be billed to the customer. If a package is returned to us because of a customer's mistake when entering the address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to the updated address.

We highly recommend selecting insurance during the checkout process. For a very small price, your package will be fully insured if lost, damaged, or stolen. If there are any issues, we will ship a new replacement (once a reasonable amount of time is given to deliver your package). If you purchase insurance, we deal with any communication with the shipping company, so you don't have to.



As a consumer, it is your responsibility to check local regulatory laws regarding modifications to your factory lighting. In most applications, our LED headlight products are for off-road use only.



The VLEDS Vehicle Bulb Search should only be used as a guide and is not a guarantee of fitment with any specific application. Check owner's manual and housing, dimensions, and part number of the factory bulb before purchasing.

Information provided is for US vehicles; Canadian or other international customers should verify with their owner's manual as there may be bulb differences depending on country.
