Shipping Information
order processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Bellingham, WA. FedEx 2Day orders are shipped the same day if placed by 2 p.m. PST (except during sale periods). USPS orders are shipped the same day if placed by 12 p.m. PST (except during sale periods). All orders after these cutoff times will be shipped the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or all major holidays. In the event of a processing delay on our part, every effort will be made to contact you by email. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by email and be given a choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel your order. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been received and is being processed.
$5 - USPS Ground Advantage
*5-7 business days, Saturday included. Only available on orders $50 or less. Delays are possible for pickups and deliveries across the US. Scanning and tracking information may also be delayed.
$10 - FedEx 2Day
*2 business days, Saturday included. Includes AK and HI. Saturday delivery is not available to extended service areas. Shipments to PR will ship USPS Priority.
$12 - USPS Priority
*3-5 business days, Saturday included. Delays are possible for pickups and deliveries across the US. Scanning and tracking information may also be delayed.
$20 - FedEx Express International
*1-3 business days. Delivery to major cities in Canada and Mexico typically takes *1 business day. Major cities in Europe and Asia typically take *2 business days. International shipments delivered to remote and less accessible locations are assessed as an Out-of-Delivery-Area Surcharge. Please contact us for a rate quote if you are in one of these areas. If you place your order without contacting us, we will hold it and email you the surcharge amount. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the importer (you). *1-3 day delivery is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Due to the increase in U.S. e-commerce and other effects of the pandemic worldwide, shipping service times and money-back guarantees have been suspended by all carriers. Delays are possible for FedEx and USPS pickups and deliveries across the US. Scanning and tracking information may also be delayed. These potential service disruptions may result in different levels of impact depending on the geographic area. All dates provided are estimates by the shipping provider and are not refundable. *The transit time in business days does not include the day of purchase/shipment.
Backorders
Your entire order will be held by default if your order contains backordered items. Once all items are in stock, your order will be processed, and you will receive a shipping notification email and a tracking number. To estimate when your order will ship, you can find the due in-stock date next to the price or the select options dropdown area on the items product page.
Our Split Shipment Service is available for $5 at checkout if you want the in-stock items shipped immediately. If you would rather cancel the backordered items, we can issue a refund and immediately release your order for shipping. Please contact us for this option.
All orders are charged at the time of purchase regardless of the shipping status. FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. These shipments will be sent via USPS regardless of your selection. All shipments are prepaid by us.Shipping to PO Boxes, Mail Boxes, & Parcel Lockers

Weekends and Holidays are not included in shipping times. Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and other US Outlying Territories ship only via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking Information
Expected delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates only. The expected delivery date is not a guarantee. The only guaranteed services are FedEx Overnight and 2Day (excluding some outlying areas in Alaska and Hawaii).
Optional Shipping Insurance
While some shipments may have included insurance from the carrier, most will only cover a small or fixed portion of the value of the contents, and claims can take weeks to settle. After weeks of deliberation, many claims are denied, and you are left with nothing.
For a small additional charge at checkout, your package can be fully insured. We will ship you a replacement if your package is lost or damaged. If you do not purchase insurance, you will be required to submit your claim to the service provider and manage all the communication on your own.

Damaged / Lost Shipments
Although it is very unlikely that your package will get damaged or lost in transit, there are no guarantees it won't happen to you. We recommend purchasing the additional insurance to be on the safe side and not deal with delays in getting your replacement package. See above for an explanation of how our optional shipping insurance works. Before you file a lost package claim, please allow ample time for late delivery. Packages sometimes get delayed due to the weather, busy shipping periods, etc. If you still have not received your package after a reasonable wait (a week or so after expected delivery), please contact customer service.
Delayed in Transit
Occasionally, a package will stop moving in transit. This does not necessarily mean it is lost. After seven days from the shipment date, we can file an inquiry with the carrier to get more information. The tracking often doesn't update, and the package is delivered within 7-14 days. If, after 14 days, the package still hasn't been delivered, we will send a replacement package right away.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via phone (360) 543-5700 or by creating a ticket on our Support Center page. We will ensure the correct item gets shipped out immediately, along with a return label for the incorrect item to ship back to us.
Missing Items
If your shipment is missing an item, please contact us via phone (360) 543-5700 or by creating a ticket on our Support Center page. We will make sure the correct item gets shipped out right away at no cost to you.
