Shipping Information

*Important information regarding shipping times and guarantees

Due to the increase in U.S. e-commerce, and other effects of the pandemic throughout the world, shipping service times and money-back guarantees have been suspended by all carriers. Delays are possible for FedEx and USPS pickups and deliveries across the U.S. at this time. Scanning and tracking information may also be delayed. These potential service disruptions may result in different levels of impact depending on geographic area. All dates provided are estimates by the shipping provider and are not refundable at this time.

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Bellingham WA. Orders are shipped the same day (by 12pm PST) or next day of receiving your payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. In the event of a processing delay on our part, every effort will be made to contact you by email. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by email and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

$5 USPS Shipping - Domestic

For only $5 all orders $100 or less ship using USPS First Class Mail | *5-7 business days Saturday included.

$10 FedEx Express Shipping - Flat Rate Domestic

Need it fast? We'll get it to you in as little as *2 days for just $10. Your order will ship using FedEx Express service. Saturday delivery is not available to extended service areas. For an explanation of FedEx Express Freight service areas and delivery commitment times, see Express Freight Delivery Commitments. To check on the service area for your shipment, use the Service Area Locator or call 1.800.332.0807. Larger Domestic orders (in excess of 3-4 kits) may be split into multiple shipments due to limitations on the size of FedEx Express shipments.

$20 International Express - Flat Rate

For an incredibly low rate of $20 plus we pay duties & taxes any size order gets to you in *1-3 days! Delivery to major cities in Canada and Mexico typically takes *1 business day. Major cities in Europe and Asia typically take *2 business days. *1-3 day delivery is an estimate and not a guarantee.


If your order contains backordered items, your entire order will be held. Once all items are in stock, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping notification email along with a tracking number. To estimate when your order will ship you can find the due in-stock date next to the price or the select options dropdown area on the backordered items product page.

If you need any of the in-stock items from your order urgently, you can purchase our Split Order Shipping Service. Alternatively, if you'd like to cancel and refund the backordered items we can release your order for shipping right away. Please contact us for either of these options.

All orders are charged at the time of purchase regardless of the shipping status.

Shipping to PO Boxes

FedEx will not deliver to most PO Boxes. Orders shipped to a PO Box will be sent USPS First Class (Standard) or USPS Priority (Expedited).

All shipments are prepaid by us.

Weekends and Holidays not included in shipping times. Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and other US Outlying Territories ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail only.

Tracking Information

Expected delivery dates provided by USPS are an estimate only. The expected delivery date is not a guarantee. The only guaranteed services are FedEx Overnight and 2Day (excluding some outlying areas in Alaska and Hawaii).

Optional Shipping Insurance

While some shipments may have included insurance from the carrier, most will only cover a small or fixed portion of the contents value, and claims can take weeks to settle. Many claims are even denied after weeks of deliberation and you are left with nothing.

For a small additional charge at checkout your package can be fully insured. If your package is ever lost or damaged we will ship you a replacement right away. If you do not purchase insurance, you will be required to submit your own claim to the service provider and manage all the communication on your own.

Damaged / Lost Shipments

Although it is very unlikely that your package will get damaged or lost in transit, there are no guarantees it won't happen to you. We recommend purchasing the additional insurance to be on the safe side and not deal with delays getting your replacement package. See above for an explanation of how our optional shipping insurance works. Before you file a lost package claim, please be sure to allow ample time for late delivery. Packages do sometime get delayed due to the weather, busy shipping periods, etc. If you still have not received your package after a reasonable wait (a week or so after expected delivery), please contact customer service.

Delayed in Transit

In rare occasions a package will stop moving in transit. This does not necessarily mean it is lost. After 7 days from the shipment date we can file an inquiry with the carrier to get more information. In many of these cases the tracking doesn't update and the package is delivered within 7-14 days. If after 14 days the package still hasn't been delivered we will send a replacement package right away.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us via phone (360) 543-5700 or by creating a ticket on our Support Center page. We will make sure the correct item gets shipped out right away along with a return label for the incorrect item to ship back to us.

Missing Items

If your shipment is missing an item please contact us via phone (360) 543-5700 or by creating a ticket on our Support Center page. We will make sure the correct item gets shipped out right away at no cost to you.
