Cancel Change Order
How do I cancel/change my order?
All cancellations will be charged 5% of the total amount as a cancellation fee. Please start a chat or call us at 1-844-640-3813 as our order processing is very quick. Be sure to include or have your order number ready, which will speed up the process. If you email us, we may not receive it in time to stop the order from shipping out. Please double-check your order details before completing your order.
How do I add to my order?
Please call us immediately. We will make a new order for the add-on item(s) and combine the shipping, so there is no additional charge.
What if my order has already shipped?
An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. Please contact us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received. Please follow the instructions on our Return and Exchange pages for details on how to return the item(s).
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, please call or start a chat. A customer service representative will make the change to your order. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be changed while in transit. If your order shipped via FedEx, please call us, and we will have the package rerouted. There will be a $20 fee to reroute the order while in transit.
How do I see my order history?
You must be logged into your account to see your order history. If you did not check out while logged in (it will prompt you at checkout), your orders will not show up in your order history. Always make sure that you are signed in to retain your order history.
