Please test all products prior to installation. All our products have a 1 year warranty, HID systems a 5 year warranty, and the V3 Triton System has a lifetime warranty. We will warranty the V3 during its current production time. If the V3 is discontinued we will replace your old unit(s) with the current version for up to 1 year of the date it was discontinued. Any modifications or damage to the product by the customer will void all warranties. We apologize in the event you receive a defective item. If the day you received the package is within the warranty period, we are happy to replace the defective item. The product must be shipped back to us within the warranty period to qualify for a replacement. Return shipping to us is at the expense of the buyer, we will pay the shipping cost back to you. There are no exclusions to this policy. All international shipments are tested before leaving our facility. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event a non-defective product is received we will issue a refund less a 15% restock fee of the original purchase price. If you would still like the item returned to you please make a new purchase on our website.
We offer two options for replacement:
- Send back the defective item(s) with your completed return form, and we will send out the new replacements upon receipt. If the item(s) is no longer available we will issue a refund at the original purchase price.
- If you would like us to ship out a replacement right away simply order the part(s) directly from our website. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price plus the cost of shipping (first class only) to your account upon our receipt of the defective product.

If it has been more than 1 year and you feel your case is an exception to our policy, please explain so that we can review the validity of your claim. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and will work hard for a quick resolution.
We offer a 30 day return and 15% restock fee on all our products. If the day you received the product within the 30 day period, we would be happy to offer a refund. All items must be in "new" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. V-LEDS will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If we made the mistake we will right the wrong. For any shipment that is refused without prior approval, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 15%, whichever is greater (for international order we will charge 30% of the invoice price plus all shipping and duty we paid for the return product(s), to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a refund less 15% for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
Please send back the unwanted merchandise with your completed return form for a refund. If you are returning to purchase another item in exchange, we will not charge a restock fee. The total value of the merchandise returned will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card upon receipt.

Send back the unwanted items with the original packing slip for a refund. Sorry shipping and handling is not refundable. Please send the item(s) with a copy of your completed return form. *DO NOT send product back in a standard envelope, it will not be in there when we receive it. Insurance and some form of tracking or delivery confirmation is highly recommended but not required.
If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt and we will provide you with return/replacement information.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer post order price matching if a price changes. VLEDS is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle when installing our products.
