How long does it take to process my return?

After receiving your return it typically takes 1-2 business days to process. Depending on if there are any other questions that we have to correspond with you for it could take longer. Be sure that your return form is as clear as possible to lessen the processing time.

If a return is being sent with me how long does it take to return to my PayPal or bank account?

Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. There is nothing we can do to speed up the refund applying to your account - the banks control this delay. There is no need to call to check on the status of the refund if you have received the confirmation email. If you do not receive the refund to your account after 5 business days please contact us as there may be an issue.

You have had my package for longer than 1-2 days, why haven't I received an update yet?
