WARRANTY RETURN EXCHANGE

WARRANTY

All our products have a 1 year warranty, and the V3 Triton System has a lifetime warranty. We will warranty the V3 during its current production time. If the V3 is discontinued we will replace your old unit(s) with the current version for up to 1 year of the date it was discontinued. We apologize in the event you receive a defective item. If the day you received the package is within the warranty period, we are happy to replace the defective item. The product must be shipped within 1 year of original purchase date. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We offer two options:

  1. Send back the defective item with your completed return form, and we will send out the new replacements upon receipt.
  2. If you would like us to ship out right away simply order them directly from our website. If you only need one bulb rather than a pair enter .5 in the qty field and you will get 1 each. We will issue a full refund to your account upon our receipt of the defective product.

If you do not have the original package, please send in a new padded mailer (postage is required) to:

If it has been more than 1 year and you feel your case is an exception to our policy, please explain so that we can review the validity of your claim. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and will work hard for a quick resolution.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return and 15% restock fee on all our products. If the day you received the product within the 30 day period, we would be happy to offer a refund. All items must be in "new" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. V-LEDS will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If we made the mistake we will right the wrong. For any shipment that is refused without prior approval, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 15%, whichever is greater (for international order we will charge 30% of the invoice price plus all shipping and duty we paid for the return product(s), to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a refund less 15% for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Please send back the unwanted merchandise with your completed return form for a refund. If you are returning to purchase another item in exchange, we will not charge a restock fee. The total value of the merchandise returned will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card upon receipt..

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt and we will provide you with return/replacement information.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30 day exchange on all our products. If you would like a different product please purchase it from our website. If you only need one bulb rather than a pair enter .5 in the qty field and you will get 1 each. Send back the unwanted items with the original packing slip for a refund. Sorry shipping and handling is not refundable. Please send the item(s) with a copy of your completed return form. If you do not have the original package, please send in a new padded mailer or box (postage is required) to:

*DO NOT send product back in a standard envelope, it will not be in there when we receive it. Insurance and some form of tracking or delivery confirmation is highly recommended but not required.

Please print our return form and include it with your package. We will not charge a restock fee if you include the invoice number of the replacement purchase on your return form.

*Weekends and Holidays not included in shipping times. First-Class exclusions apply on larger items (V3's, LED Headlights, HID Kits, and small item orders over $100). AK HI PR all items ship via Priority Mail only.

International Buyers Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Q: Can I track Priority Mail International?

A: Priority Mail International has delivery information limited only to major destinations. The only international mail service that offers full tracking is Express Mail service (including Global Express Guaranteed and Express Mail International). Tracking information includes various scans as they are available.

We will only accept verified PayPal payments on all international orders.
